1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Available within the U.S.

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.

  • Local Delivery (available in Palmetto, FL area when applicable) – Optional hand delivery.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.


4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your package online until it reaches your address.


5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship primarily within the United States.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Shovota is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

  • Once the order is handed to the carrier, responsibility and risk transfer to the customer.
